The American firm, Kohler, is commemorating 150 years of creativity and innovation. They're excited to unveil their collaboration with Bayt AlEbaa, the leading ceramics, kitchen & bath company in Saudi Arabia. An event has been organized at their Jeddah showroom to spotlight this partnership and make the grand announcement.

Project Details

Objective:​

To promote and raise awareness on Kohler’s brand and its new partnership with Bayt AlEbaa , event created a huge buzz in the presence of both brands top management, VIP guests, and Saudi media. ​

Activity:​ From the project's inception, the M Lab Team, along with Kohler and Bayt Alebaa, collaborated closely on event planning and execution. They conducted a site visit to measure the venue for the anniversary milestones wall design. The agency recommended an MC speaker and managed all event details with the chosen MC. In terms of media engagement, the M Lab Team handled invitations, follow-up calls, arranged interviews, distributed press releases, and provided a comprehensive coverage and event report post-event.​

The Results​

  • 3 interview sessions were conducted with the spokesperson on the ground. ​
  • Press Session Attendees: 10 journalists​
  • 100% positive brand perception among VIP invitees with above-average coverage media representatives.​
